Sam Saidian is the co-founder of Bayfront ADU and a General Contractor in Campbell CA. Having held his personal GC license since 2022 he has the experience and knowledge base to turn anyone’s vision into reality.

Sam was born and raised in San Jose and holds a BS in Finance, Real Estate, & Law from California Polytechnic State University with a minor is Real Estate. He also is a Licensed land Surveyor and Realtor. Truly making Sam an “Ace” of all trades. Sam also comes from a family that has done development all throughout Silicon Valley and the greater bay area giving the experience necessary to take on projects of all sizes and complexity.

As the president of Bayfront ADU, Sam meets with our clients and helps them understand what their options are for adding an ADU to their rental. From square footage to room count & location, you will walk away from your conversation with Sam understanding what is feasible.

When you meet with Sam he will listen to your needs and goals and can give you unbiased advice on what options would best suit your needs. He also has a firm grasp on interior design whether it’s to maximize your return on investment or its to create a comfortable space for yourself or your family, he can help guide you in the right direction.
